Practiced paralette and floor 18 inch wide grip hspu's

10 minutes of power cleans, 1 at each 30 sec.
@ 225lbs

10 Rounds
3 Back squat @ 315
5 Dual KB swings, 1.5 pood each
7 push-ups
approx. 15 minutes
